R.I.P. Robert "P-Nut" Johnson

P-Nut funkin' on with PFAS...

Last Dance
You Shouldn't-Nuf-Bit-Fish
Clock Work
I Want Your Daughter
I'll Do Anything For You
Wolf Tickets
Long Way Around.
New Doo Review
Body Language
Peek-A-Groove
Jamaica
Hotel Eternity.
Roller Rink.
You Can't Un-Ring The Bell.
All Around The World For The Funk".
R.I.P. P-Nut
Left devastated and speechless yesterday from the shocking news that my dear brother Robert P-nut Johnson had transitioned to the light, drove me to silence and mourning. All I could see was when I went to Baltimore to retrieve him from a job with the sanitation department to join the Rubber Band in 74 and realized that he was the best choice I could’ve ever made. Unique he was undoubtedly. His voice to me was like Garry Shider to Glenn Goins. Clinton used to say that what was amazing to him was, that P-nut and I sounded like more than two people, and I never had that experience with any other singer. I tested it by recording just the two of us with a basic Panasonic recorder in my parents basement, and there it was, you could hear in the background an overtone that sounded like a third voice, same as a harmonic from a guitar string. Robert P-nut Johnson, you’re the best and I thank the heavens above for the blessed privilege we’ve been granted to work together from Baltimore to, some of the most memorable music the world has come and will continue to know. R.I.P. my Beloved Brother. I’d Rather with You and will forever be, Mudbone
